In accordance with BitBank's internal disclosure policy, the QUSD White Paper is available exclusively upon written request at compliance@bit-bank.world. Each request will be reviewed individually. Following the assessment, the applicant will receive a response confirming whether the White Paper can be provided. Where the request is approved, the White Paper will be attached to the response. Where it is declined, the applicant will receive an explanation of the reasons for the decision.
